This culture makes certain that safety remains foundational in all that we do and that we remain accountable to each other.
Leadership is an action and when it comes to safety our leaders walk the walk. We understand that our engagement with safety is successful because it is driven from the top down. Our Management team sets the bar and as a result our employees are consistently safety conscious in all that they do.
With well over 500,000 hours worked and no Lost Time Incidents (LTI), we are extremely proud of our health and safety performance.
Competent and Compliant
Apex has implemented a comprehensive health and safety training and compliance system that ensures all are an active proponent. Delivered by the management team itself, we provide a thorough and engaging orientation that is inclusive of our safe work practices, procedures and policies. This coupled with a strong competency program and regularly scheduled safety meetings, keeps our communication and participation elevated.
